Getting Started

How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the "Get Started" button on the homepage and fill out the registration form. You'll need to provide your company information, contact details, and choose a pricing plan. Once submitted, our team will review your application and activate your account within 24 hours.
What information do I need to connect to the platform?
You'll need the following information to connect:
  • SMPP/UCP server address (provided after account activation)
  • Your username and password
  • System ID (for SMPP connections)
  • Port number (default: 2775 for SMPP)
All connection details will be sent to you via email after account activation.
How long does it take to activate my account?
Account activation typically takes 24 hours after submission of your registration. For urgent requests, please contact our sales team directly.

Billing & Pricing

How does billing work?
Billing is based on your chosen monthly plan plus any additional SMS sent beyond your included allowance. Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 15 days. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact our support team to request a plan change.
What happens if I exceed my monthly SMS allowance?
If you exceed your monthly SMS allowance, additional messages will be charged at the per-SMS rate specified in your plan. There are no service interruptions - your SMS service will continue to work normally.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plan fees are non-refundable. However, any unused credit balance in your account can be refunded upon account closure, minus a processing fee.

Sending Messages

What SMS protocols do you support?
We support SMPP v3.4 and UCP protocols. Both protocols are fully implemented and tested for reliable message delivery.
What is the maximum message length?
Standard SMS messages can be up to 160 characters for GSM-7 encoding or 70 characters for Unicode (UCS-2) encoding. Longer messages will be split into multiple SMS parts automatically.
How fast are messages delivered?
Message delivery speed depends on the destination network and current network conditions. Typically, messages are delivered within 1-5 seconds for direct routes. Our platform processes messages instantly upon receipt.
Can I send messages to international numbers?
Yes, our platform supports international SMS delivery to over 200 countries worldwide. Pricing varies by destination country.

What support options are available?
We offer email support for all plans, with response times varying by plan level:
  • Basic plans: Email support with 24-hour response time
  • Professional plans: Priority email support with 4-hour response time
  • Enterprise plans: 24/7 phone and email support with 1-hour response time
How do I report a technical issue?
To report a technical issue, send an email to support@panelsms.com with a detailed description of the problem, including error messages, timestamps, and any relevant logs. Our technical team will investigate and respond according to your plan's support level.
Do you provide integration assistance?
Yes, we provide integration assistance for all plans. Our documentation includes code examples in multiple programming languages. For custom integration support, please contact our technical team.
What is your platform uptime guarantee?
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all our services. Any scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. For details, please refer to our SLA documentation.

Security & Compliance

Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our servers are hosted in secure, ISO-certified data centers with 24/7 monitoring.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes, our platform is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data processing agreements (DPAs) upon request and ensure all personal data is handled according to GDPR requirements.
How long do you store message data?
Message data is stored for 90 days for operational and billing purposes. After this period, data is automatically deleted from our systems. Longer retention periods can be arranged for compliance purposes.
